(Best regions/areas for returns?)

I'm very suspicious of the numbers for New York and the appreciation for Lakeland, FL looks like a funny outlier.

my hope is to get a nice unit for my son at below 50% of retail.  

Beyond property owner losses are retailers, grocery workers, dog walkers and all walks of life whom’s livelihood was interrupted.

I started my career working for Marriott in New York and Toronto, specializing in dynamic pricing and maximizing revenue.

And this low demand could be a couple of factors, either a rural location with low population density or the area incomes are not high enough in order to prevent a rent burdened scenario. 

In my area I often come across people who never used credit much and only have 1 small negative thing on their report dragging their score down.
