What I have done (Alabama), is look online at our GIS viewer and view neighborhoods that I'm interested in.  

If I were you, I'd focus on truth in advertising - if you say it's a 3-bedroom, you better have 3 rooms that the viewers will think are actual bedrooms.

Often viewers do not even want to offer credit rpt you can scratch them off the list.

A door area camera might be nice in a sketchy area, but Texas requires door viewers which work well with dusk to dawn led lamps...and a decorative metal security screen type door is probably better security than a camera.

It's only the biggest stage all year for viewers in our country.

You may find it beneficial to start attending some.I think your search would attract more viewers if you narrowed your search to specific cash-flowing areas that peeked your interest.Example - I am looking to invest in Las Vegas, Nevada or Akron, Ohio.The reason for this is because many agents, investors etc have keyword alerts for those specific keywords.
