Yes, there may be a small exposure to floating rate loans, but these are hedged with swaps, not caps, and account for generally less than 20% of the overall debt attributed to assets.

Some properties that are currently on received price reductions from the previous AM, but nothing since the swap over. 

If you ever stop rolling over to new dsts and paying that 10-18% in fees, then you’ll owe all those taxes anyway…It reminds me of the large local swap meets, gun shows, craft shows, etc etc etc….

Sounds really odd to me I pay first months rent plus 8% (swapped from 10% to 8% when I went to 10 units) to my PMRepairs are usually done by either their maintenance, which I've been really happy with so far.
