I bought a Mayan Palace timeshare and it was one of the worst financial mistakes I ever made.

We completely gutted the kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, etc. and made the place into our own palace with minimal budget.Then a year after we moved in, I got a job offer elsewhere with a 50% pay increase. 

Trip was awesome, seen lots of churches, palaces, pitoresque landscapes, talke to interesting people and over all had the time of my life, all coming at a cost, these experiences tired all five of us to death.

I also have a UPS box as my business address (also in Columbia, but at Columbia Palace Plaza) that I've used in the past with no problems.Tomorrow I'll ask my attorney what he thinks.

But just have a thick skin as some FSBO owners believe they own the American version of Buckingham Palace, which is reflected in their asking price.
