Nevada is considering not letting landlords consider previous failures to pay rent in selecting tenants  no late fees for 3 days, capped at 5%  hand delivered pay or quit by a constable and the pay to stay doesn’t have to include any late fees, just past due rent  Just change the name from Nevada to Eastern California already  Nevada law prohibits property owners from refusing to rent to someone based on factors such as race, religion and familial status.

Just the ones who make sure they advertise their religion with the first words out of their mouths.The whole point of a conference is to socialize and have fellowship at the conference. 

Newbie to RI question:I am looking to relocate to Salt Lake City (personal reasons - not related to religion - not that it matters).Anyway, I found a property similar to what I have been looking for.  

FCRA is Fair Credit Reporting Act and meant to ensure you don't discriminate based on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or public assistance.  

Every religion has committed atrocities and I am aware of this through my studies of religion in college.

I have a one page cover sheet I add to each application with check boxes to show that they have the "deal breaker criteria", a section to score the "nice to have" criteria, and a section to briefly explain my acceptance or rejection.Our Criteria: Complete applicationVerifiable rental historySufficient income/resources to pay rent and liveCredit report showing prior addresses consistent with application We do not deny housing for race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, sexual orientation, marital status, or familial status.We do deny housing to individuals:convicted of manufacturing or selling drugsconvicted of a crime the poses a threat to the property or neighborhood, including repeated disturbances, gambling, prostitution, violence, threats of violence, or rapewhere there is poor prior tenancy: evictions, violations, damage to rental property, poorly handled move outs, amounts are still owing to landlords or utilities.who misrepresent information on the rental application

But I finally found a community of folks from all states, all ages, all religions, all sexes (all 5)...Who share the same passion!

if you've got a deal, people won't care what you look like or whatever, or at least I won't.money knows race or religion. and if they do, lucky for me as I can get the deal. :)

Now that I have proved to them that I know what I'm doing, most of them listen and ask how they can join in on a deal.I think of a new real estate investor like a:New christian, now that they have found Jesus and learning a lot of, new to them, things about that religion everyone that doesn't join in is going straight to hell tomorrow.
