What books would you recommend for someone who’s just starting out?

I definitely agree that it's so easy to fall in the trap of paralysis analysis and reading books and listening to podcasts.

RBTR is his primary strategy in DFW and can probably share a few tips/recommendations with you. 

You never know what people are going to forget and need.

Personally I never listen to what the seller states the income is as they are sometimes way off.
