I personally utilize Buildium to run my long term/mid term rental properties and it allows us to conduct tenant screening, applications, tenant payments, and maintenance requests all through the portal. 

They are a bit clumsy sometimes with the emails, but the online portal is good.

We built out our own portal and accounting database for that functionality because we were not finding good software that could handle a higher volume of receipts AND tie it in with the rental property accounting. 

Personally, I'm hoping they bring on a portal for tenant maintenance requests.

It may be an owners portal.  

The accounting has never been added and 8 months later and the portal still shows I’m actively invested in the failed deal.K-1s received late Q3.
