My first headshot was taken by a friend and another friend made it look incredible in photoshop = $0 cost.Then about 2 years ago I paid $300 for professional photography and got 3 really good images out of that photoshoot.

Hey All,Hailing from NYC.I'm in the industry as a expediter (permits,violations), contractor, vendor(photography,floorplans,3D Virtual Tours) and soon to be licensed RE agent. 

So, I have a couple of properties in the Central Florida area that need photography as well.

I have been facing similar challenges with a RE photography business.

HiMy wife and I have an LLC for our photography company, and we just bought our first real estate investment - a duplex! 

While I do photography on the side, I decided to use my iphone for simplicity and its wide angle.

Most of my hobbies, except computer tinkering and photography, have fallen by the wayside, but I enjoy hiking and camping, and recreational shooting.

Staging coupled with professional photography of a home increase traffic and, for me at least, that's always led to getting multiple offers within a week of putting one of my homes on the market.  

I'm new to photography, but I take my time and try to make a high quality photo.

She has wonderful guests on everything from buying sheets to staging and photography.
