In my jurisdiction, an RA can seal this work as much as a PE.

RA must present all written offers.

I was looking to connect with local investors, but instead It was the classic, provide some credibility statement, flash some numbers on past deals, give a RA RA speech of taking action and then the famous "you get all of this for xx amount."
