Tonight, I just signed a contract for an apartment building that's sandwiched between the new med school and the regional hospital !

I have a ton of them that I use to "run the numbers" on houses and make sure everything makes sense to me. :-D

Med center/north oak park/Tahoe park is where I am looking in Sacramento.

As much as I hate to say it, the shower after idea is probably the best, well, hiring someone else to do it sounds better to me :D

I understand that the rust-belt has seen a reduction in the number of residents wanting to live within the cities, however college students/med students always need a place to live.

A little information about me is that I am a 4th yr med student, I paid my whole tuition on my own without any loans that is why there are so many discrepencies in my credit history and thus the low score.

It's still a cheaper mistress for me than what a real mistress would and could cost me. :D

One lending agent mentioned that she thought med student programs existed but I have yet to discover one.

Since it was so convenient for me I offered to mow the grass - the tenants were grateful (med school students) and I got to keep a close eye on my investment.
