I wanted to reflect on my Airbnb's performance in one of my units i have located in Jefferson Park Chicago.I put together the attached analysis to look how my occupancy has bee YTD.I started doing Airbnb in this unit in February of 2017.Curious to know how other peoples Airbnb is doing in Chicago?

Jefferson Bank is also good.

My favorite area of Denver is the Highlands and Jefferson Park.

I'm no expert but @Russell Brazil knows the DMV area very well as it can get tricky for OOS investors not knowing the ebbs and flows of the various neighborhoods.It should also be noted that the big builders are in various stages of developing 3,400 for rent units across the street from and surrounding the Pentagon City mall, these units sit between the mall, Crystal drive, and Jefferson Davis Hwy.

We are under contract on our first property: a duplex in Jefferson County NY.

Keep in mind that there is a ton of construction up there, and not sure how long it will hold out until it turns into a "concrete metropolis", that I fear takes over up and coming areas.

Jefferson Park and its surrounding areas on the far northwest side might also be an option, but prices there have increased significantly over the past few years.
