I know plenty of nice pitbulls and own a german shephard/husky but the statistics don't lie and I trust what is good for my insurance is good for me.

The upper tenant, being evicted, was running a dog rescue out of the apartment and not paying rent (5 caged pits and some little thing running around), the lower, who had a husky, bought another husky and they in turn had a litter of 3, and then just a lab in the back unit.

This can include but not limited to Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilersj, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, andWolf-hybrids 4.We would prefer no puppies or dogs less than 1 year of age due to “accidents” but do understand that at some point, this may be desired.

I was a bit taken aback since it is a husky/german shepherd mix which does not fall within the confines of our allowable pet policy.
