I've been a MTR/STR host for almost 5 years now with about 100 doors cohosting. most important for me are1.

Contact the county and ask for appeal instructions/forms.

However, Montgomery County as of yet has not updated their forms or website, included the landlord/tenant handbook and they are still not enforcing.

I have 3 per property and find that to be the best way for me to take advantage of their high APY and also keep things super organized.
