I am new to syndication investing and have read many comments on other threads regarding the ODC funds. 

This question crossed my mind recently after reading a post and some comments discussing whether an investor is experienced enough to raise capital from outside sources.

Then (@Dave Foster and others, please comment here), about a year before they want to retire to Las Vegas, they could 1031 exchange these properties into a single property that would match their future lifestyle.

(yes some of this is oversimplified, hold the comments keyboard warriors).

Extensively commented on, no need for me to add to it.Warehouses is somewhere towards the bottom.

I would have expected her to push for full answers to my questions or add further clarifying comments/questions based on her own experience with other sponsors.

Very poor company in my opinion.Someone can try tagging @Brian Spear if he wants to comment on this.

And before any foolish comments; if going to make joke how I specialize in working with "just" investors, trust me than you don't know who I am or what I do and some D.D> first would be in order as I am to REI Agency what Arnold is to bodybuilding, a whole other universe my friend, a whole other universe. 

Primarily for personal use for the family as well as an investment (but the numbers need to work), I am just starting out searching for a property so I am open to all suggestions and comments.
