I have dual citizenship, which allows me to buy properties in Europe.

I have have duo citizenship live and Canada. i want to invest in the US but i have no established credit there.

I recently talked with a lot of people and they told me i don't really need citizenship to start investing in the U.S?  

Economic residency and citizenship in any country is pretty high level stuff, you need to spend a lot of money and do a lot of paperwork.

Just yesterday, I had trouble opening an Ally online savings account because they required me to have citizenship / permanent residence.

My husband is has US citizenship if it helps:) I invested in Greece and Liverpool before but today I am doing a course of  Real estate investing in USA to focus on this area. 

Conventional money is cheapest, but you may be able to find private lenders (don't necessarily have to be local to KC) who won't care about your citizenship.  

If you are a legal permanent resident, living in the US, and have 2-3 years of US tax returns, I don't think your actual citizenship is a major issue if you are buying property in the United States. 

If you have no US citizenship and no US residency, then your tax filing obligations will be different.

I would see what is long term plan do you want to move to US and start process of citizenship.
