This is the same bldg inspector that had a fire in his basement because he installed old fluorescent light fixtures he picked up at a garage sale with antiquated ballasts that o/heated & caught fire!!!!

These days I stick to my 95 Miata, which just crossed into "antique" land and now has antique plates.

At first glance, there seems to a decent amount of value in several of the items... everything from 3 old Cadillacs that are in bad shape to old computer hardware, music equipment, power tools, hand tools, likely some antiques, etc. 

Appraisers are such an antiquated function of real estate.

The property is a bit of an antique from 1945 but is not in that bad of shape and has had some recent renovations done in the past (kitchen and main bathroom). 

Antique British stuff.

Many are in decent, safe neighborhoods.Besides the usual updating, repairs, etc, there are also potential issues relating to antiquated wiring, lead paint, asbestos and others I'm sure. 

That way you can be sure what it will look like.I use antique white and an accent wall of whatever color I decide will look good.
