I have problems getting it to function on Android with Chrome.

Nope Joel....Maybe this is a problem with the Android app, but I've got no avatar to hover over, so I truly can't scan for people whose comments I really care about.

It's an app that cost $5 that I can sign any contract or add text to any contract with your iPhone or iPad and I'm sure there is a similar app for android as well

Its a maximum of 48hrs for the transfer to be complete(for Square Cash) but it can be sooner.They all are Android and Apple friendly as well as user friendly.

While at an ATT store and noticed the APP is currently available on Android. 

Personally, I don't find BP to be very user friendly on my android phone, and I heard some other BP members complain about the app /  and similar ISO platforms.But when I'm on my laptop, it's alright. 

Wondering if anyone out there knows of a good FREE CRM App to recommend that works on Android & MacBook and is reliable.
