Hello,My partner and I are starting out our Real Estate Investing Business and currently building our team.Does anyone know any CPA and Attorney that you would recommend in West LA to Ventura area?

Noobie here...currently in Ventura, but hoping to relocate (ok, well move BACK to) Huntington Beach next spring.

However, I used to go to an investment club meeting - Marshall Reddick and I used to get emails from them about Foreclosures in Ventura County (if I remember right), places near La Jolla maybe.

The appraiser records show ownership as Ace Security Corp. c/o HSCB, c/o Ocwen in West Palm Beach FL.

Also, if there's any wholesalers in the Ventura County or SFV area that wouldn't mind doing some mentoring, I would greatly appreciate it!

I recently moved to a mortgage company, Ace Mortgage, and they introduced me to a product I was unfamiliar with.
