@Rochelle Wilkinson, @Ned Carey - thank you both for giving props to your contractors... it's not done often enough and it's certainly understandable that they are closely held.Your comments are evidence that not all contractors are bottom feeders, that good ones do exist, and are hard to find (in part, simply because they are good and don't have to market as they have a steady referral business.)And to your point Ned, so many investors want the good referral, but are unwilling to pay for it.
