What counties in Maryland forbid Assignment of Contract?  ( I know you can assign contracts in Baltimore and Prince George's County)

Just make sure you have no liability remaining once the contract is assigned...often a overlooked part of the equation.  In Texas, I can assign a contract but unless the seller signs off on the assignment or my contract specifically releases me of all liability post-assignment, I am still on the hook, albeit unwillingly.
