As to the accounting system, it does fine for me so far, I don't have too many units and it's accounts are customizable, figured that need a more focus account software probably from an accountant anyway this system just to keep track the trial balance.

I’ve found out through trial and error, to even get on their radar and have your initial bid get reviewed that your initial bid needs to be at least 75% of that price.

Then you have to return to court, then the tenant demands a jury trial, then more time because they say they want to settle, then the eviction order, then its too cold outside so the order is stayed, then when its warm the sheriff is backed up from all the stayed orders so we're still delayed, then finally possession is returned.
