Actually I wouldn't use a person for that listing, I'd use some agency because it's that regularized audience and having a known brand for tenants as "the" place to look that drives so much traffic. 

There are quality food options and a lot of tourism traffic with 2 grocery stores nearby.

I'm in marketing as a career and am more impatient as a direct response copywriter, I get instant results on my marketing. 

Its all crap.Get your leads by sending motivated traffic to a very credible website and do it the right way.

As I’m driving in Mass Pike with no traffic which is beautiful having the road to myself  and feeling like a road warrior (HA) i noticed cell towers after cell towers after cell towers on all the building and houses and churches.

Most from here, aren't huge fans of LA (10x worse traffic, bougie'er, more expensive, etc).

The foot traffic is pathetic.

Is Las Vegas' market overvalued today if casino/entertainment venues aren't going to open or resume traffic for a year? 

Developing websites says nothing about converting traffic into leads.
