Kyleigh Morgan Permits: how important are they?

During the inspection it was discovered that there is a tiny bit of asbestos in that wall (not sure if “tiny” makes a difference when talking about asbestos), so it sounds like that work will need to get permitted as well and in order to do that I imagine they will require me to have it professionally removed?

She has to have someone come every year and seal any tiny little holes they find to squeeze in or else they'll just start filling it up again.I'd love a house like it, but I do know it would probably not end up being worth it for a flip but if the numbers really make sense then go for it; it would definitely be a way cool house to flip.

They're tiny 400-450 sqft apartments, so they'd be quite unpleasant for more than one person, but I see your point about how it could happen that someone might have family obligations come up.I'm buying the property with one tenant already in it, a woman in her 60s on a fixed income.
