Did you get a promotion where your job has you traveling 50% of the time leaving you unable to take care of the larger house?

Not sure what type of investing you’re into, but Joe Fairless and Theo Hicks’ book Best Ever Apartment Syndication book is obviously geared toward syndications, but I still found tremendous tangible and actionable knowledge in it even though I’m only involved in smaller multi-family properties at the moment.Cheers,Brian

@Mike JornlinMy original response was deleted for self promotion which is weird because there are others who are not even investors BUT only self promoters who's comments are not deleted. 

A promissory note needs to be backed up by something like real estate, a car, or something tangible to be of any value to you.

@David Beckley Never mind......I see you’re on here promoting some “company that sets up trusts”....for a piece of the fee I’m sure.It would be less sleazy if you left out the lie about “some friend just told me” BS.

It is not as easy as those promoting it would have you think.

SO---ARGUABLY, and it's true too---almost everything we do can be traced back to some sort of activity on one of those two business pursuits -  lunch with client, assistant, or prospect.... and dinner/drinks with the band or promoter. 

They constantly offer zero interest promotions.  

See if any of the local colleges or social service agencies have any programs that you can promote or even pay someone $100 to come teach a few classes.
