For resale, my opinion is the lack of a garage is a detriment but having extra living space for a rental could be an attribute - although I could be completely wrong.Please share your opinions!

The buyer of a 45 year old 3/1 around here isnt going to care what the shingles and gutters look like as long as they dont stand out, so you can cut some corners on that stuff.

@Gabriel Trieu,Most sellers will get a lot of yellow letters and to make your letters stand out you should say I am a cash buyer with cash in hand and can be closed in 15 days with no contingency of financing.
