We are educators, but as far as I can tell, the only multifamily educators who don't have a fund or raise capital from their students to fund our own deals.I'm not saying this is incorrect, or wrong, I didn't get into the education space to teach people how to buy small AND large multifamily, only to turn around and ask them for capital.

I have only been looking at residential, single family, but today I found two commercial spaces (office) that would be a great fit for my growing day job business as a lactation consultant (currently operate just by doing home visits, but want a dedicated office space to see clients one day).

I took a look at the listings on their website.Most of their inventory is 30+ min from the 'downtown' area.Seems like they charge $400 - $600 a bed in Dallas and Houston + a move-in fee to the guest.It would be interesting to know what their management fees are.You should be able to make money based on those numbers if they have a nice occupancy rate.I personally wouldn't rent from there because I prefer my own space but there are definitely people out there that like to save a couple hundred on rent or even enjoy having roommates(Company) around.Best of luck!

Get a few quotes. and if you do not do it, when you go to refinance into a long term loan the appraiser will likely mark the report as "subject to" a structural engineer report of the foundation. and you will not be able to refi until you have done the work that is required.

Note that I don't mean spaces that are specifically dedicated to the buying and selling of properties, as those spaces will be saturated with competition.So, to your specific question, I can't review the service as I haven't used it (and something tells me you won't find many people who've used it here), but as a professional Marketing Strategist I can say that their method is off track as to marketing fundamentals.
