I plan on sending several rounds of letters and was just curious if I should scrub companies out of my list or if it is still worth pursuing these properties. 

Using the driving for dollars technique means collecting info in the field and sanitizing or 'scrubbing' it by eliminating obvious unqualified properties.

We scrub the list each month and remove them. 

They have a direct feed from 98% of the 3150 or so counties in the US.What is great about this data is that it’s usually super fresh (they tell you how old it is before you download it) and it’s in the same format for every county so it takes the mystery/difficulty out of scrubbing the data once you download it.

We do have to scrub the walls in there and the floor about once a summer, as occasionally there is a slight 'miss'.

This scrubs the list and takes only the best leads... you dig?

Nurses wash their scrubs every day and sleep odd hours.

I would rather go and touch up paint here and there, which you'll have to do anyways rather than scrub paint off my new finished surfaces.

It doesn't drop land lines, and I'm not confident in their DNC scrub,  I lose 60% of my list based on LL's and DNC's.
