If current fed gov't plans keep rolling in the same direction, well in WI we burn lots of coal right now, they want to just kill that off sooner or later and that's not good for our future rates and one bit of useless trivia I know is that IL has more nuclear plants than any other state, not sure where that concept is headed after what happened in Japan, but I doubt it will help to lower costs for nuke plants!
