Ryan Dossey Looking at it from a different perspective, if a landlord does not consent to repairs or improvements a tenant makes, the landlord has no obligation to compensate the tenant for the repair or improvement. 

Consent to do this should be contained within the consent form signed by the applicants to allow you to pull their credit history.

If you submit your fingerprints and FBI background consent, you should be able to get your license in about the span of a month (assuming you take the 63 hour course in person, for the one week period). 

If the trust is not an active member of the LLC it could still put all the liability on you as the managing member.Is the trust a revocable trust or irrevocable trust, and how will that affect your liability and tax situation?

Banks would see this as an acceptable change since this is more typical for those who have revocable family trusts and want to put all assets into the trust.
