The areas south and also east of the Intel campus offer great areas with low crime, good schools, shopping, restaurants and newer homes.The newer homes will reduce your need to do major improvements for years on many of the properties.As a Broker and a Property Manager, we see many doing just what you are requesting and having long-term success.

This would mean the investor would also need to work a full time job in the area (to be able to make the monthly $650/mo. payments).We envision someone getting a job and working at one of the local restaurants or small businesses in the area, living in the home, taking good care of the property and owning it in 5 years.

I saw all kinds of crazy $4it that pissed me off...my water being used for water balloons, to fill kiddie pools, to wash cars...even an old bag lady that rinsed off cans she found in my trash...and that lady wouldn't shut the water off since it wasn't her problem!
