It's basically impossible to get a first home here unless you have help, which is a bummer for those who aren't trust funders. $25k towards the down payment will even the playing field a bit. 

In this case they actually aren't breaking the lease. 

Some aren’t even that much cheaper than mine.  

If you have tenants that aren't happy with that, move on from them when the lease is up. 

You realize that there is a lot you don't know yet and aren't sure how or who to trust. 

This is because many fill last minute rentals in downtimes with private rentals or through FaceBook groups, etc, which aren't showing up in the reports. 

we also day these days, “we will be nice to people but we aren’t Santa Claus”.

Some months are great and some aren't.

That doesn't mean there aren't good deals out there, but nowhere near as many as there used to be.

So, like many business”deductions” that really aren’t; dubious classifications of income; and “creative timing” of transactions, it works - until it doesn’t.
