My prop Mgt co said they will handle it but just for my awareness I wanted to find out which form should be filled for getting a rental license and I could not find any on Bethlehem city website.In Bethlehem, you just need the Business Privilege License (BPL) which you can get here: City of Bethlehem (bethlehem-pa.gov).

(depends on the rest of your credit profile of course)-Risk Adverse Partners: Like it or not, bank policy vogue is little or NO risk as possible, and you will pay for it in fees for the privilege of using their money.Anyways, agree with other posters, if you are banking such FCF (Free cash flow or disposable income), you should really be in a position to cash up and play with your own cash but leverage it.

I too would first try to extract a pound of flesh in exchange for the Vendor having the "privilege" of not providing financial information or not complying with the terms of the contract they signed.

An extra $50 a month in rent is $600 a year, almost double what it would cost to buy a brand new 48" in tv.However, I totally agree with @Jon K. ...it would say specifically in the lease that if the tv breaks or anything happens to it, you wouldn't fix it, its a privilege, not a right.
