Buy rentals with your profits, not with principle.

Lack of objectivity is what is causing the price drops. 

Nice to see you are running the IRR and factoring in all three potential profit sources (cash flow, principle pay down, and appreciation).

My monthly payment for principle and interest will by $672/month.

The issue is: where do I find a legal basis/precedent to knock this down before I spend ALL of my retirement fund standing up for this principle in my so-called Golden Years?
