So a majority of the ownership groups would want to sell, plus since they are more sophisticated owners usually would sell through a broker to get max price and not sell privately.  

If your tenant has been playing these "schemes" then likely they've done this with the previous landlord and gotten away with it - so I hope you bought the property for a good price in order to account for this potential headache. 

This is a very common issue that it seems a lot of LO's do not understand so they push borrower's to higher priced DSCR loans. or, they are not even licensed to sell anything else.

That's a high price tag for someone who claims that he will also help you find your first few deals.

Again all things being equal and in parts of Chico you can sell a 2 bedroom at a great price if in the Avenues or such.
