Some are more forthcoming than others, but you can always reach out to a title company (sometimes at a fee) to get a preliminary title report for the most accurate picture of what's honestly going on with the property.

Finance is absolutely nothing these days.Buying a car should revolve around the impression you want to set when someone new meets you.If you turn up in an old car, you look poor, no matter how much "I spent $5k on this and I own it outright", that will not balance out the shock of seeing you in some old Ford when you are presenting yourself as a hotshot investor.

If you pulled up this data on her and the data is on someone else and not her, she needs to CALL THEM and straighten it out because it's going to follow her for the rest of her life.Why would she, right out of the blue, have a list of previous addresses, and landlord numbers all ready and waiting for you if she was so shocked to find out there is someone else out there with her name having bad reports.

They will give you a call to discuss and answer any preliminary questions which will be helpful so you don't waste either of your's time if it's not a match, if it looks like a potential match then they will email you the two items I referenced above.
