Lots to ponder, but I suspect because you know the 50% rule, you will not find an RE in the zero appreciation market that meets your return objective.Good luck

Hi All,I have been pondering a question lately and thought I would get everyone's thoughts on the subject.My wife and I live in Ontario, Canada and we rent a house in Nova Scotia to my parents.

`````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````Our Credo as Real Estate Investors:I am a Real Estate Investor.Of all of the occupations I have tried, researched, pondered, and read about over the years, there is none which compares to mine.

I pondered the LLC debate a lot myself not long ago, and the result was I didn't do it.

At this point I've pondered how I would like being a flipper, wholesaler, or buy and hold investor and I've decided that buy and hold fits me the best.

I have two questions that I have been pondering that would appreciate some help with:1.

I can send you the link when it gets posted.If you draw a big circle around the city...I like the smaller cities on the edge of that circle....so in the North, places like Princeton, Lavon, Anna, Melissa, Celina, Aubry, Pilot Point, Denton, Sanger, Valley View, Ponder, Justin, Saginaw, Azle, Weatherford, Aledo, Burleson, Crowley, Cleburn.

Been pondering the idea of getting into a short term rental (currently have long term multi-family house in northern NJ).
