I've had good fortune with most of my investments, but I have been just as guilty as thinking "Oh, I can make that work because I know things" as any newbie on this board.

To all that are suspicious of "11 Capital Finance", which isn't guilty of anything more than that of similarity & circumstance!

Remember we're innocent til proven guilty. 

I think we’re all too guilty of chasing that “millionaire status”, myself included, when really it’s not what we’re truly after as Real Estate Investors.

I'm sorry if it looked like I was saying anything against you, but rereading it I can definitely see where I'm guilty of miscommunication. 

There is no way I could ever even take a stab rating my top ten tv shows, or films, or music...I can offer a few gems (guilty pleasures?) 

It became crystal f’ing clear at this point that whether i had been guilty or not there was no way the city was letting me walk away (or stop the zoom call) with my STR license intact.

Then they went back to my leaser to plead their case.

I was just thinking "I should be happier, I have everything that I have always wanted", then I started feeling guilty for not being happier, which brought even less happiness.Kurt Cobain killed himself over thoughts like this http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Venue/6582/Nirvana/suicidenote.html , I didnt fall into it myself, but I have a theory that drugs are so common in the wealthy and affluent because it is the only means they have, to reach the level of happiness that they think they "should be at".If you put it in terms of mountain climbing once you have all of your needs met you have essentially reached the top of the mountain, there can be no more talk about how great it will be when you reach the summit, you are there.

I am guilty of doing this myself.
