If you ever go to small claims court you will see landlords including in their cases charges like 79 cents for a broken toilet paper holder, or for $2 plastic drain stopper for a garbage disposer.

We have bought 18x24" plastic signs for about $20 per sign.

However, they might also be bidding higher-quality material (thicker plastic, longer warranty), which might mean they're more in the realm of possibility.

You should build a really nice large paved patio/ garden on 1 of the acres and rent it nightly as a wedding venue.

But our lawyer after ordering a new title report found the 2nd bathroom to have been added on without a CO and apparently used to be an enclosed porch or patio.

You could just cover it with plastic or a sheet to keep dust and paint from getting on your stuff.
