Hello, what's considered a good ROE on rental property and at what ROE do you consider refinancing a rental property to invest in another rental?

Once I am operating a property, a more relevant metric to look at is the RoE - return on equity.

Something that may have been legal in June could easily be overturned by late September.

That's why I think an important metric that's often overlooked in REI is Return On Equity (ROE).

My ROE on most of my free and clears is 5.8-7%.

That will make it even less likely.Next consider your Return on Equity (ROE).

Lenders will not overturn the opinion of an appraiser, they may not influence the appraiser's opinion in any way.What you can do is to ask for a review appraiser's opinion, you can also file a complaint with the AIA as to the practice of making the adjustment. 

My ROE numbers dropped to be similar to yours, 6% with a PM, 7% self-managed.
