You have significantly narrowed your options.

Be consistent, narrow focused, and authentic.

Its a small area but the only way to get to it is a small alleyway in the back, where it's difficult to get cement in and out because the alleyway is too narrow to fit a wheelbarrow.

You'll likely need regular hard money.....transactional funding is for the A to B, and only with C's cash already in escrow.
