As an agent, you can also access standard lease agreements through NAR/NCREC.gov I believe.

This will allow you to take local MLS trainings, like CMAs, using their MLS software, NAR code of ethics, etc., all skills you'll need regardless of where you hang your license (many brokers may require you have MLS)Some brokers don't have desk or monthly E&OI hope you find what you're looking for, and best of luck on your exam, friend!

NAR is going to lose members as a result and they may too as well disappear at least lose a lot of sway and power.

I would look for a Realtor, not just an agent--someone who has subscribed to the code of ethics of the NAR and more importantly can afford to pay the dues to belong to that organization, as well as the local MLS dues.

I was able to save some $$ by pre digging myself to find the line and where the leak was generating from,nar where the soil had standing water at our location, the company sent out a back hoe and finished the job installing a new coupling..

One (in my opinion) is a great marketing tool for NAR that they pulled out of thin air and tried to make us all look like we know what we are doing...the other is how almost everyone talks about us and how we are really viewed.

Then, if your a member of NAR, you better check on that and make sure your not making conflicts there.
