Hope you doing well on the rea estate side...did you find a mentor

Were in the process of obtaining a couple consultants or 'mentors' and we are currently looking to go to a REI club meeting.

This is my first year as a realtor, but I am blessed enough to have a Mentor that been envolved in real estate for quite some time.

I have talked with a mentor but have not had great results with him responding.

Andrea,, I would suggest you find a very good HML and let them place your first deals.. your knowledge base based on your questions dictates you should have some mentoring first then try your own.

I am looking for a mentor or someone to get advice from in the DMV area.
