Each room should have a number so if you do need to evict the room number is listed and legal type of notation needed.With shared house and owner present, "fair housing" as far as only women or only men is not a issue.. you can decide whom you would prefer.

I was working on my second house with my mentor learning some good fact how to fix house men that felt great I did pretty good as a 17 year old who just started in RE I built this bathroom all by myself no help first I was scared because I didn't know how to till I learn men that felt wonderful.

You ever hear of the story of the two men running from the lion and one guy says to the other " we will never outrun this lion" the other guy takes off and yells back "I only need to outrun you" Take a look at what your competition is doing and go a little nicer.

Hey there, I am a cubicle junkie for probably the last 18 years, been plugged into the matrix for far too long working for the men (Corporation, Uncle Sam and Big Banks).  

Several niches have piqued my interests..particularly multi-family(house hacking)...foreclosures..and fix and flips..am seeking a mentor in the Nashville  area..who would take an eager to learn..willing to do what's ever asked of him under his/ her wing...need me to swing a hammer..ME...help with demo..ME...go to the courthouse, to do research..ME...They say men NEVER ask for directions..well I'm here to dispel that adage...Give me a chance..you won't be disappointed!!!
