In my opinion, finding a CPA is similar to finding a great general practice doctor.

One is a 60 unit b class property in Ft Worth TX. 80's build, townhouse style property in a nice old money neighborhood of town and close to a medical school.

However, if cash or credit is preventing that we funded a flipper last year who got started by cold calling doctors/lawyers in the phone book.    

After all, we hire lawyers when we need legal advice, doctors for physical issues and accountants for taxes.

No medical action is advised until the lead level exceeds 10 ug/dl blood. 

I always request to have a doctor's note and that typically stops those who are abusing the system.

(real case)But I'll take any day someone who filed bankruptcy for medical bills - people not going to die because they were not able to pay $100K for a surgery.That's why I meet every tenant and talk to them about everything: job, family, dogs, weather.....lolI want to get their character and life in general.I almost took application from a woman - she was nice and sweet and her income was sufficient with no evictions etc.

Essential items include medicines, food, and medical services.

Please consider how many doctors and nurses and home health care providers that an entire city of 55+ only citizens would require.
