Here’s our OPINION for the Metro Detroit market (use as a template for your target area!)

At the time, we were new to the market and, admittedly, didn’t conduct thorough due diligence before buying.We purchased a property in the Atlanta area, renovated it, and listed it for sale.

To be clear my goal isn't to have a bunch of cash flow Y1 but just looking to break even.2) How could I go about finding markets where MHP are more beginning investor friendly?

New builds-broke even in the '08 market on two spec homes, built my own home from the ground up twelve years ago(400k in equity). 

Meanwhile, bank money market paying 7.5%. 

I’m giving serious consideration to converting into a PadSplit.However, I have heard that Fort Worth (the city, Tarrant County, the faceless boogey man…) has issues with PadSplit whereas Dallas County is supportive.I would love to hear about your experiences between the two markets and if Fort Worth can be viable for PadSplit and anything I should be mindful of?

Now the details, price, condition etc.. 

They have nice looking direct booking sites, but I'm more curious about their digital marketing training and crm software included with their package. 

Being thoroughly familiar with the local market is key.
