I have dealt exclusively in manufactured/mobile/trailer housing mostly due to what I consider to be excellent cash flow and low pricing which makes it easy for a guy like me to get into.

I recently found out that the Manufacturing company that i work for currently will be shutting its doors at the end of July 2017.

Affordable housing is so demanded and manufactured is a great solution.

This means that instead of a 12x36 (432sf) Mobile or HUD Manufactured Home you would have to install a 10x34 (340sf) Park Model RV thereby giving up almost 100sf or 25% which makes it a much tighter fit. 

Does anyone have any experience with selling manufactured homes in the Minneapolis, MN area? 

You could also partner with a Manufactured home dealer they are always looking for land to put their product on. 

Often times manufactures discontinue certain lines and look to liquidate products that normally retail for $4+ per foot and can be found for under $2.  

I'll give you some specifics.Property: Building is 8855 Square Feet 3-5 Acres of land Ideal for a small manufacturing company. 

My wife has been in the manufactured home industry in Orange County, CA for five years and obtaining financing is not usually a problem.

If the tile is allowed to be used outside per the manufacturer, it should be rated with proper slip resistance.
