Do you have proper license and insurance to legally manage properties for other people?

Also, I have my general contractors license and make my living as a commercial senior construction project manager remodeling multi-family buildings and hotels nationally. 

Not going to risk my mortgage license over this one.

Wondering how this is possible with the city codes, I did more research and found that you can apply for a lodging license if you are renting out 5 or more beds.

I'm a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Upstate NY - more specifically the Capital District outside of Saratoga Springs, NY. 

However, you know that you need to be a licensed Real Estate Broker to be a Property Manager in Ohio, right? 

Make sure they’re licensed and insured, just to cover yourself.Going with veterans or contractors from diverse backgrounds usually works out well since they often bring a good work ethic.

I would suspect that those prices you're seeing on Facebook are for crews that are not licensed, not insured, no workers comp etc etc....Basically it's the old story......

If there was a system or method where someone could consistently make $40K on flipping houses, then I would be right in front of him making $30K flipping the same house he would buy by offering $10K less to buy it.Now that is a different story for California where houses sell for 1/2 million dollars and up.I have a real estate Brokers license and over the years worked with several flippers that flip 2 to 10 house a month.

I recently passed my real estate license and am looking to join a brokerage.
