I would suspect that those prices you're seeing on Facebook are for crews that are not licensed, not insured, no workers comp etc etc....Basically it's the old story......

If there was a system or method where someone could consistently make $40K on flipping houses, then I would be right in front of him making $30K flipping the same house he would buy by offering $10K less to buy it.Now that is a different story for California where houses sell for 1/2 million dollars and up.I have a real estate Brokers license and over the years worked with several flippers that flip 2 to 10 house a month.
