I don't understand why people think it is so hard to collect a judgement.

Clearly it is evident their judgement is flawed by virtue of the fact I invested my retirement funds based on their say so and seemingly have lost the lot, so I'm sure anyone reading this can relate to this, and put bluntly, I do not know who to trust from any of the parties involved so an independent path seems appropriate We are so disheartened by what seemed to be an exciting opportunity to secure not only the future of ourselves, but help others across the other side of the globe as well.

Is there a way to find out how much the judgement is for?

A judgement, attorney fees, loss of assets owned now or in the future can be alot of $.

I am also using these experiences to bolster my REI street cred.I have secured a tenant for unit#1 after having to evict the prior tenant I have just evicted (received judgement yesterday) problem tenant #2 and should have it rented rather quickly based on the interest gained on unit #1, they're right next door.  

My background in appraising has definitely helped me along the way and it also gives my investors more confidence in my judgement and analysis of a deal.

The HOA has gotten a judgement against the home owner through small claims court.
