I've read that you can borrow against 50%+ of your assets at LIBOR + Spread; Interactive Brokers allows for this but it's a margin line that can be called (at the worst time)How do you go about pledging assets to get a non-callable credit line for RE?

Interactive Brokers offers a 2.2% loan, but the call happens automaticallyHas anyone managed to secure a line of credit WITHOUT it being callable?

Since this was my first investment, I used this property to quell my fears of not being able to rent a vacancy, interacting with tenants, and being the one to take action when a problem is reported.

You can search any state, city, metro, zipcode, etc and find a bunch of useful information on cool interactive graphs.

Why not have both face to face interaction and strong electronic banking. 

I obviously don't have much in REI I can input on yet here, but I do have some experience with home rehab projects and design as my husband and I have been fixing up our home for the past 4 years and I can give what little knowledge I have gained in that area.Looking forward to interacting with y'all here in the future and making some lasting connections!
