You all buy lists, get Propstream and other software subscriptions, buy into AI crap, and what ever else the uneducated Gurus tell you to do.In other words, all you are trying to do is figure out who IS and who ISN'T motivated right?

They sold us on a software access for 1 yr, and was told it would be up and running when I got home, and my phone would be ringing once it was set up (it didn't).

(I have been heavily influenced by biggerpockets to relinquish my hatred of debt --  @Brandon Turner, I'm blaming you if I go bankrupt)  BiggerPockets is like one form of religion and Dave Ramsey is another form.   

For me, it's a great blend of banking, bookkeeping and tenant management software.

Is there a preferred (and affordable) software I would use to keep tenant files, rent ledgers, maintenance requests etc?

Requesting that I pay her to move since I'm influencing her and not allowing her boyfriend to live here.

How much is just fear mongering with the hope of influencing people to steer them to your line of product? 

We have all the same rules and procedures and use QBO for as our accounting software with all forms of payment accepted- online, ach and regular mail.We encourage communication.
